The 1-inch-wide leashes are suitable for medium and larger dogs, and are available in three lengths: 6-foot, 4-foot, and 2-foot. Shorter leashes keep the dog closer to the handler. When choosing a leash length, customers should consider the distance from their hand to the dog's collar. If needed, the leash can always be shortened by holding it closer to the dog.

Lupine Originals are made from woven nylon in a variety of colorful designs. The pattern is woven into the webbing, rather than printed or sewn on. These leashes are constructed with strong bar-tack stitching, welded steel hardware, and the ends are turned under and stitched to protect the dog's fur and skin. Matching collars and harnesses are also available.

For cleaning, the leashes can be machine or hand-washed using warm water and mild soap (no bleach or bleach alternative). They must be allowed to air dry completely before use.

It is important to note that Lupine products are not intended for tie-out use.
